Apollo Court is situated close to Lime Street Station and the popular London Road shopping area. At just over 200 beds, Apollo Court is one of the smaller sites available to new LJMU students and is unusual in that LJMU reserves all the beds for new students each year, giving it a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Because of the location it is suitable for students based at either of LJMU's two city centre campuses, although relatively few students from the City Campus choose it because there are several more convenient options within that campus.
It is also highly recommended for students based at the I M Marsh Campus because it is close to public transport links to the campus. Students can request to share their flat with others from their campus and in recent years as many as two thirds of the new LJMU students living at Apollo Court have been taught at I M Marsh.
All bedrooms feature private, en-suite bathrooms; in addition, there are a small number of self-contained studios at Apollo Court.
