Professor Michael Pitt leads the Create FM Research & Consultancy Group at Liverpool John Moores University.
Create FM is a research and consultancy unit within the FM sector that regards customer service as the focus of FM delivery.
The Group/University provides a performance measurement service to clients as well as advice relating to an added value approach to service delivery.
Our goal is to:
- Create innovative ways of measuring performance
- Create strategic performance measurement systems
- Create a continuous improvement culture
