If you require help or advice regarding a computer related problem [JMU Assets only].
Please phone our Help-line ext; 2386 where a member of our IT Support team will respond to your request.If we are unable to resolve your problem over the phone we will pay you a visit and if necessary log your details as a job for remedial work where another member of staff will usually respond within 24hrs.
