Neil Stanley

Neil currently works mostly across the PGCE and Key Stage 2/3 initial teacher education programmes. His background is in Educational ICT (he originally taught ICT and Mathematics in a secondary school) and he supports those intending to become teachers of ICT in secondary schools both in the one-year PGCE and the subject knowledge enhancement (Advanced Diploma) course we offer. In parallel with this he leads the Professional Studies in the KS2/3 programmes and acts as a main contact point for information for trainees for that programme as well as acting as Assessment Officer. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Member of the British Computer Society.
