Photonics in Engineering - Sub-Division of GERI
The Photonics in Engineering Research Group at GERI was formed in September 2008 by Martin Sharp and Paul French.
The initial research activity of the group is focussed on microprocessing of polymers and carbon composites, laser drilling, laser welding and marking, process monitoring. But with 28 years of experience in laser processing, the list will grow and we welcome any research ideas in the field of laser processing.
