The School’s teaching rooms are equipped with AV/IT systems that allow student and staff use of video-streaming, podcasts, internet access as well as Powerpoint in their presentations. Hearing loops are available for deaf and hard of hearing students, and staff can use microphones if requested. Reasonable adjustments will be made for students with disabilities in accordance with their needs assessment. Both buildings have well-equipped computer suites which are available for general student use outside of timetabled class times. Computer suites are usually open to students until 5pm during term time. Software for partially sighted people is available on dedicated computers and a number of desks are available to wheelchair users. In Dean Walters building, students have access to a Common Room on the ground floor, and 68 Hope Street has a renovated atrium where students can work in groups or just socialise.
