Dr Gaskell is a lecturer within the School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences. Her research interests include; Encapsulation of drugs and enzymes into polymeric microparticles designed for drug delivery, Identification of novel microbially produced mucinolytic enzymes and Novel antimicrobial products.
