Dr Penelope Phillips-Howard

Penelope Phillips-Howard was a public health epidemiologist for the past 20 years, previously specialising in malaria (see CPH web link). I am now working in the sexual health and alcohol team in the Centre for Public Health and wish to contribute towards resolution of public health issues in the North West, including alcohol, sexual health, obesity,and child wellbeing. Potential opportunities may arise to extend research internationally (eg to study the effect of alcohol on HIV/STI's and violence in Kenya).
