Helpdesk Closed - Monday 20th December from 3.00 pm

Due to the adverse weather conditions and the difficulties some staff have experienced travelling to work this morning, the helpdesk will be closed from 3.00pm today, Monday 20th December.
Please use the online pc fault form or email helpdesk@ljmu.ac.uk, to log any faults.
For any IKON/Ricoh printer faults please use the IKON form . We will answer any queries/faults, when we reopen on Tuesday 21st December at 8.30 .
