Blackberry Email Synchronization Issues.

Some BlackBerry users may be experiencing difficulties synchronizing their mobile devices with their LJMU Email accounts.
Planning and Information staff are working with both Orange and the BlackBerry manufacturers to find a solution. The problem has been designated as high priority and appropriate resources have been allocated to achieve a resolution as quickly as possible.
Alternative methods for accessing Email are being investigated and users will be advised if one becomes available.
Planning and Information apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.

This issue has now been resolved, all LJMU Staff Blackberrys should now be working.
