Crowd Management
The course is MCA approved and meets the requirements of STCW95 code section A-V/2 & 3 para 1. Crowd Management training is mandatory training for all crew members who have a duty to assist passengers in emergencies. The main topics covered are :-
- Key elements of human behaviour in emergencies
- Crowd leadership and communications
- Methods of crowd control and management procedures
The course can operate as a stand alone module or can be incorporated into the Crisis Management and Behaviour course. It can also be held on a company's premises.

Entry requirements: There are no entry requirements
Issue of certificate: There is no formal examination but delegate's performance and understanding will be continuously assessed throughout the course
