Annual season ticket / bicycle loans

Members of staff who apply on line and receive either an Annual Season Ticket or Bicycle Loan are reminded that they are required to provide a receipt of purchase in all cases for audit purposes.
Receipts should be forwarded to Lorrain Kuya in the HR Department.
Staff should also bear in mind that in order to receive their loan in the month that they apply, applications via Staff Infobase should be made before payroll close down for that month.
Finally as loans are made by BACS transfer into the individual’s bank account individuals applying for loans should take this into account regarding the purchase of either annual season ticket or bicycle.
