Social Sciences e-journal launched
03 December 2009
'E-merge' to showcase first class undergraduate work by students in the School of Social Science.
Undergraduate e-journals are an exciting new development in academic publishing. The School of Social Science at LJMU is proud to launch ‘E-merge’, a new undergraduate e-journal which publishes examples of Level 3, First Class Social Science coursework.
Its aims are threefold:
• to recognise and reward excellent student work through publication
• to highlight examples of good work and encourage students to aspire to high standards and learn from others, in order to get the most from their academic experience
• to demonstrate students knowledge and skills to a wider audience, including prospective employers
