Training sessions available to students at reduced rate.
The Centre for Staff Development are please to be able to offer LJMU students the ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) at the reduced rate of £100. This fee includes registration, training and 7 certified module tests. Should you need to re-take a test this will cost £12.92.
All ECDL training is computer-based and can be completed at any computer with internet connections. The ICT Training Centre (at JMU Tower 3rd floor) is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm.
Tests can be carried out on Tuesdays 9.30am - 12.30pm / 1.30pm - 4.30pm and Wednesday mornings 9.30am to 12pm. You will need to come into University to do the certification tests, or you can attend a prearranged test at one of the Learning Resource Centres.
