PDPR training workshops

Places are available to staff on two enlightening Personal Development and Performance Review courses.
Preparing for PDPR
Friday 27 May or Monday 4 July, 9.30am to 12.30pm
The aim of Preparing for PDPR sessions is to enable people to feel confident and professional in their contribution to this process. Topics covered include:
- Reviewing your performance and contribution
- Identifying your strengths and achievements
- Agreeing future objectives, areas for further support or improvement and career development
- Providing appropriate feedback for your reviewer
Conducting PDPR
Tuesday 19 July, 9.30am to 3.00pm
The course is to enable reviewers to identify and practice the skills required for conducting PDPRs in such a way that positive working relationships are developed and maintained.
The aims of the course are to:
- Identify the aims and objectives of the Personal Development and Performance Review Scheme
- Identify and practice the skills necessary for conducting an effective PDPR
- Reflect upon the different stages in a review
- Consider the preparation required before the individual review
