Introducing the next phase of i-buy
09 December 2011
The University's new procurement system, i-buy, was introduced in April this year, with staff in the Faculties of Science and Technology and Environment piloting the scheme.
Procurement through i-buy will give LJMU greater purchasing power, driving down costs through improved economies of scale, reducing paperwork and delivering greater value for money.
Before the next phase of the P2P Project commences, the project team would value the opportunity to gather feedback from those staff in Science and Technology and Environment who have been involved in operating i-buy.
Informal 45 minute feedback sessions will be running on Friday 16 December in Room G16/18 (ground floor) Byrom Street.
There are three sessions running at the following times:
9.30am - 10.15am
10.30am - 11.15am
11.30am - 12.15pm
Please feel free to come along to a session, meet the project team, share a coffee and mince pie, hear about future developments, see where i-buy will go from here and most importantly give feedback on your experiences so far.
To get involved just email p2pproject@ljmu.ac.uk stating which session you will be attending.
