Central Station closure: how will this affect students and staff travelling by train for examinations at Aintree Racecourse?
Liverpool's Central Station will close to passengers from the 23 April 2012 to undertake a £20 million refurbishment programme.
The Wirral Line platform will re-open on the 25 August 2012; Northern Line platforms will stay closed to the public until 22 October 2012.
