Non-academic staff: research into supervisory communication in the workplace

Sindhu Ramakrishnan, an LJMU Masters of Business Administration student is currently conducting research which aims to identify the level of staff satisfaction towards supervisory communication in the workplace.

The research is being conducted through an online questionnaire which consists of 30 questions and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All information provided including the questionnaire will be kept confidential and only those directly involved in the research will have access to the data.

Participation in this research is completely voluntary and you have the right to withdraw from the research at any time without any prior notice. By commencing the survey you admit that you have read and understood all the information provided regarding the research and agree to participate on your own free will.
