Your chance to shape the future of the University - take part from 23 March 09.
From Monday you will be able to share your views (via an online questionnaire) about what it's like to work at LJMU. The questionnaire will cover a broad range of topics from leadership and the strategic plan to equal opportunities, pay and communications.
This is just one facet of a comprehensive study of staff opinion to be carried out on behalf of LJMU by leading independent Strategic Management Support Consultancy Diligencia. For more information about the activities involved in this research, please see the News Update story posted on 29 January.
All feedback received from staff will go directly to Diligencia. Les McCrae from the company stressed 'All comments will be treated in the strictest confidence by Diligencia; no one at LJMU will see any of the completed questionnaires.'
To thank you for taking the time to participate in this very important exercise you will be entered into a prize draw to win one of 6 Apple iPod Touch 8GB. The prize scheme will only operate if we receive a response rate of at least 45%.
Please note, staff who do not have regular, easy access to a computer will be forwarded a paper copy of the questionnaire.
