Emerald Literati Award for lecturer
28 May 2009
Jacqueline Douglas, Senior Lecturer in Quality Management at Liverpool Business School, has been named a Highly Commended Award Winner at the Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2009.
Jacqueline’s article, The development of a conceptual model of student satisfaction with their experience in higher education, published in Quality Assurance in Education, is one of only three Highly Commended Papers selected by the Emerald Editorial Team, many of whom are eminent academics or managers.
According to Emerald, the paper had been selected as it was 'one of the most impressive pieces of work the team [had] seen throughout 2008.'
Jacqueline is delighted that her work has been recognised in this way. The Liverpool Business School would like to congratulate Jacqueline on her achievement.
