Volunteer call for Clearing - Thursday 20 August 2009.
The Student Recruitment Team is once again asking for volunteers to assist with Clearing.
We are looking for volunteers to staff the Clearing and Confirmation helplines based in the IT Suite of the John Foster Building on Thursday 20th August – the day the A-Level results are released.
Operators will vet calls and enter enquirer details on to the CRM Script. Training will be provided on Monday 17 or Tuesday 18 August.

Attending Schools and Colleges
We are also looking for volunteers to be on-site at schools and colleges on 20 August. This will be to provide advice, guidance and to possibly make offers to those who have received their results that day. Last year the service provided particularly positive feedback.
