Bike Fit – Life Fit

A Bike Week event was hosted at LJMU last week for all staff and students interested in cycling.
The LJMU-hosted 'Bike Fit - Life Fit' event, in conjunction with TravelWise, Bike Beat Giant Stores and the Merseyside Cycling Campaign (MCC), proved a great success with staff and students from across the University last week.
Everyone took the opportunity to gather information on all aspects of cycling, including finding out about the best commuter and leisure routes within Merseyside.
Bike Beat Giant Stores attracted a crowd with their display of the latest cycles and accessories, with keen cyclists taking the opportunity to get a free safety check for their bikes.
The first meeting of the new BUG (Bicycle User Group) at LJMU will be scheduled soon. Those interested who did not put their name down on the day can register by emailing: TravelPlan@ljmu.ac.uk
