Emails sent to email@example.com will be viewed by a member of the Marketing and Corporate Communications webteam and may be dealt with in one of the following ways:
- Dealt with directly by the Marketing and Corporate Communications department
- Forwarded to a member of staff elsewhere in the University if appropriate
- Filed in an email folder to refer to when reviewing content or design of the website at a future date
Emails to this address will be held as a matter of record for 12 months and then deleted. We will not record any of your personal data elsewhere and your email address or any other contact details will not be used for any purpose other than responding to your query or comments. We will not pass your details to any third parties.
We will not respond unless required to do so by law to any email containing threatening, abusive, malicious, pornographic, obscene, defamatory or otherwise illegal or inappropriate material. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in respect of such material.
