LJMU corporate gifts are available for internal departmental purchase only, via recharge - no cash sales can be accepted. For information, the Liverpool Student Union also provide merchandise items see: http://www.l-s-u.com/shop/

All Corporate Merchandise can be ordered from Colette Glanvill (Ext 3292 c.glanvill@ljmu.ac.uk).  Due to limited stock space please give at least 2 weeks notice for all orders. Merchandise cannot be released without cost code numbers given in advance.

Bespoke merchandise - you may source promotional items yourself. There is a wide selection of merchandise suppliers available online.

Once you have chosen your item send a copy of the proposed artwork to Geoff Scott (Brand and Production Manager) g.scott@ljmu.ac.uk for brand approval. Alternatively the corporate design studio can help you design the artwork. Please send the following details:

• item description
• the size of the print area
• number of colours to be printed on the item
• text to print on item

You will receive a proof for approval prior to print

You need to ensure that the item does not damage or undermine the reputation of the University – the LJMU brand is a trademarked and legal corporate identity and the University will take all reasonable steps to protect the name and logo contained within the brand.
