7. Income
7.1 General
7.1.1. The collection of all monies due to the University and all banking arrangements shall be in accordance with the arrangements approved by the Finance Director.
7.1.2 The Finance Director shall be responsible for maintaining systems to ensure the security and prompt banking of monies received.
7.1.3 No bank or other account shall be opened in the name of the University except by the Finance Director.
7.1.4 In offices that are likely to receive regular income, then all mail shall be opened in accordance with the arrangements approved by the Finance Director.
