8. Assets
8.1 Land & Buildings
8.1.1 The Pro Vice-Chancellor (Infrastructure) through the Director of Property Services shall be responsible for maintaining the University's terrier of land, buildings and fixed plant. The University Secretary through the Director of Corporate Services shall be responsible for the custody of all deeds of title.
The acquisition and disposal of any assets shall be in accordance with the policies of the Board, and where necessary, the terms and conditions imposed by the HEFCE.
