Business Intelligence (BI) & Reporting, and the delivering of solutions thereof, is undertaken by Planning and Information on behalf of the institution. This encompasses the universities information needs and statutory requirements by delivering the appropriate systems and processes in order to meet such requirements.
It is essential that Liverpool John Moores University ensures it maximises the value of its information and information systems to fully utilise its information assets to create value and improve decision making. Having robust, agile and dynamic systems in place allows LJMU to do this as the sector moves forward into a very different and more competitive market place. This allows LJMU to be continually competitive in the market place whilst simultaneously ensuring data quality across all its information systems.
