Q) I have forgotten my OSS/CRM password
Answer:Raise a Helpdesk and your password will be reset.
Q) How do I send a helpdesk email?
Answer:Email To: Helpdesk, Mail. Do not put anything in the Subject line but you can add attachments. Put problem in main body of text.
Q) Where can I find student number related data?
Answer:First try the Web Hub - http://aphub.ljmu.ac.uk/staff/Interfaces/index.asp. There are enrolment reports here, and in the ‘Report Creator’ section there is current enrolment and HESA student data available. If you can’t find what you are looking for or require more specific data then contact PLN.
The latest HESA Student Return is available on the Web Hub by mid-November.
Q) How often are the enrolment and exception reports updated?
Answer:Updated daily during busy enrolment periods, and every Tuesday and Thursday thereafter.
Q) When are the Statutory Returns run?
Answer:HESES – Annual Return, census date is 1st December
HESA – Annual Return, census date is 31st July
All student related data must be valid and accurate by these submission dates
Q) How can I check the quality of our student data?
Answer:Exception reports are updated on the Web Hub every Tuesday and Thursday (they are run on a daily basis during busy periods) - http://aphub.ljmu.ac.uk/staff/Interfaces/index.asp
Q) When can I view our NSS results?
Answer:NSS results are released around August time each year. About a week later they are available to view via the Web Hub.
