Our Projects

research projects

The projects undertaken by the Physical Activity, Exercise, and Health Group predominantly involve children and young people, though we also work with adult and older adult populations. This work is conducted in schools and other community contexts, and well as in clinical and laboratory settings. We collaborate with local authorities, Primary Care Trusts, NHS Trusts, other academic institutions, and commercial bodies. At any one time various members of the group bring their expertise to various projects, which are disseminated through academic outputs, reports, workshops, and seminars. An overview of current and past projects can be found below and more information on each project can be found by follwing each link.
